When we at Nexon launched Combat Arms in the West in 2008, we couldn’t possibly have anticipated the dedication and passion players would play the game with. During almost a decade of service, the development and operations teams working on Combat Arms dedicated their daily lives to keeping the game strong and supporting its players wherever possible.
It is therefore with heavy hearts that we announce that Nexon’s Combat Arms service will be terminated on November 22, 2017.
But don’t fret, Combat Arms will live on. Because we believe in Combat Arms’ future, we’ve found an agreement with Valofe Global, an international publisher, to continue the Combat Arms legacy for Europe, North America, Oceania, and all other territories currently serviced by Nexon. We made this decision because we believe Combat Arms needs a fresh perspective in order to stay a unique and fun experience.
We will make the transition between services as streamlined and accessible as possible, in order for you to be able to continue playing Combat Arms seamlessly. All of your character information, items, and stats will be transferred to Valofe Global’s service on November 22 and they will continue the service shortly after.
In order to migrate your account to Valofe Global’s service, we require your permission. On September 27, we will therefore launch a migration page where you can agree to transfer your character to Valofe Global. Once you have agreed to the migration, you will be able to create a Valofe Global account and link your existing character to that new account.
You will be able to continue playing with your existing character until November 22, and all progress changes (including purchased and earned items) will be saved and transferred to Valofe Global on that day. Shortly after, you will be able to play Combat Arms via their service and continue right where you left off.
We sincerely thank you for your dedication and support throughout the past 9 years. Combat Arms is an exceptional game with an exceptionally passionate community that will always have a special place in our hearts and we are confident Valofe Global’s service will allow it to thrive.

Service Migration FAQ
Can I still migrate my account after the beginning of Valofe Global’s Combat Arms service?
You will still be able to agree to the Service Migration Agreement and create a Valofe Global account after the beginning of Valofe Global’s Combat Arms service, in which case your data will be transferred immediately after you complete the migration via their website. Please note that the account migration will only be possible until March 30 2018. After this date, you will not be able to migrate your account anymore and will therefore lose access to it. Whether you choose to migrate your account or not, you will be able to play via Nexon’s service until November 22 2017.
Will I be able to keep my character and items?
Your character will be transferred as-is on the day of the termination of Nexon’s Combat Arms service and you will be able to continue playing with the exact same character and items after the beginning of Valofe Global’s Combat Arms service.
Will I be able to keep my GP after the migration to Valofe Global?
Yes, your GP will be migrated fully, as well as all of your items and stats.
Will I be able to keep my friend list and continue to play with my friends?
Your friend list will be migrated as-is on the day of the termination of Nexon’s Combat Arms service. If your friends choose to migrate their character and make use of Valofe Global’s service, you will be able to play Combat Arms with them as you did before the migration.
Will I be able to keep my Nexon account?
Yes, your Nexon account will not be affected by the migration. You can continue to play other Nexon games with your existing account. Your Combat Arms character and its information, inventory and inbox data will be migrated to Valofe Global, but your account with Nexon will remain.
What will happen to my Nexon Cash?
Your Nexon Cash will remain on your Nexon account and will not be migrated to Valofe Global. You will be able to spend it in other Nexon Games serviced via the Nexon Launcher. All items purchased before the termination of Nexon’s Combat Arms service will be migrated to Valofe Global. If you would like to spend your Nexon Cash in Combat Arms, we therefore suggest to do so before the termination of Nexon’s Combat Arms service.
Can I migrate multiple characters to the same Valofe Global account?
As with Nexon’s Combat Arms service, Valofe’s service will allow one character per account. If you have multiple Nexon accounts which each have a Combat Arms character, all accounts will have to be migrated to a separate Valofe Global account.
